HSA Translations - Manager

The HSA Translations Manager oversees the daily operations translation services. He or she hires and manages the hourly workers. The manager sets the customer service benchmark for this agency and handles higher-level customer service inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Billing and payroll
  • New translations partnerships and contracts
  • Maintaining high quality of translations
  • Expanding translation services
